Le rez de chaussée (37m²)

La salle de vie : 30 m² : L'entrée donne sur le coin repas, avec une grande table pour six personnes. Au fond, devant la fenêtre, la cuisine intégrée avec le four Micro onde,grill et chaleur tournante, hotte, plaques de cuisson gaz et électrique, lave-vaisselle.	L'entrée de la Jument 2	Cuisine ouverte Jument 2	le salon avec le canapé, bibliothèque, Téléviseur et lecteur DVD, la cheminée avec insert (bois à disposition))	salon la jument 2

Situation maison du cheval

The house is located 300m from foodshops, (commerces)

Six footpathes from "la maison du cheval" will allows you to discovers the charms of Concarneau.

1.Promenade en Ville Close.

Only 300 meters to go down to the very nice square "place Duquesne" Beautiful view on the fairway, then take the ferry ,only three minuts long to cross over la ville close ; You will appreciates shops, restaurants...and the beautiful fishing museum

2.Promenade du Porzou.

By feet, this path on the cliff follows the fairway until a pretty beach "la plage du Porzou" then the wood of "le Porzou" with games for children and farther the path cross a mooring bay and you arrive in "Le Cabellou" ;

3.Le tour du Port.

Only 1 hour is enough to walk around the harbour from the house : you ll enjoy to cross the differents shipyards (fishing, motoryacht, allaroundtheworld sailing boats) the two boats' drifts, the dry docks, and then the fishing harbour (trawlers, netters,sardins fishing, and to finish the oldgaffers . Return by ville close and ferry

4.Promenade du Large :

Around "le Cabellou", view on the bay, numerous pretty beaches beetween typical rocks,...

5.Promenade du Moros :

La promenade du Moros : Behind the dry docks is a very nice and calm path along the Moros river ; you can turn around the lake and go back on your departure ; Less than two hours of walk are necessary to discover this country place ;

6.La Corniche :

La corniche :Leave the "ville close" and go on the left. "Le Marinarium" is a maritime research institute who's sheltered a fish museum with numerous aquariums.The path is very nice , you will follows the seaside path ; beaches ...
